Delivery & Returns
We currently offer the following shipping options:
For deliveries outside mainland UK please call for a quote. If the item can be shipped via royal mail the UK mainland price will apply.
Some of our heavier / more expensive items such as pool tables do not qualify for the free or standard shipping charge and can only be sent to mainland UK. We can deliver to one of our depots where it can be collected for £50, delivery elsewhere is extra. Any payments made without the correct delivery cost will be refunded or a request for payment made.
Shipping and Handling
If everything is in stock we aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During particularly busy times this is not always possible but we do our best! If we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to let you know. We normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete
If you need your order for a particular date please add a message in the Order Instructions/Comments box when you get to the check out. If there are any problems a member of our admin team will contact you either by phone or email. Please note if you have selected the Standard Delivery option, we can not guarantee your order will arrive by the date selected, but should arrive between the 3-5 working day time frame.
We currently send UK parcels out with either Royal Mail, Myhermes, DPD or Tuffnells. You will receive an email to let you know your item has been dispatched. Apart from Royal Mail deliveries, all other delivery options require a signature so please provide an address (preferably a business) where there is someone available to sign for the parcel. A contact number will also help the courier arrange delivery.
If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a card it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel from the depot.
If you have not received your order two working days before your event please telephone us during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) or email us using our Contact Form.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, if you are not completely satisfied please return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The cost to return the item falls with you unless the item is faulty or is a result of our error. Any item found to be faulty due to manufacturers defects will be replaced upon return of the original.
